The Main Event is over and Floyd Mayweather is still the reining champion. But there was a couple of issues on the mat. The biggest controversy with Maidana allegedly bitting Mayweather in the 8th round. And Maidana said " if he wants to treat me like a dog maybe I am". Second is the tension in the ring after Maidana allegedly bitting Mayweather finger. The punches where thrown even more and the blocking Mayweather did in the final round. But all in all the reporters say on Showtime sports Pay Per View saying " Maidana can't bite Mayweather threw his mouth piece". Maybe we'll never know. Maidana says he didn't.
