The "Two And A Half Men" star pops the big question to Brett Rossi Saturday. He did the traditional knee proposal. Brett Rossi said "YES" she said " I was not expecting this at all. We had a beautiful Valentine's Day and he proposed to me after we watched the early sun rise." E Confirmed. "Happy Valentine's day to the love of my life & my best friend! Everyday is Vday when I'm with you @charliesheen," Brett Rossi tweeted. All we do is hope for the best and cant wait for a weeding.
